Maximum and Minimum Pass Marks for Higher Secondary Part-2" (Class 12th)

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education released the Marks Distribution Scheme of Class 12th for the Academic Session 2023-24.

J&K Education board is going to conduct Annual Regular Exam of class 12th session 2023-24 in month of March for soft zone areas of Union territory Jammu and Kashmir.

Board recently released date sheet for Annual Regular exam of class 12th session 2023-24 for soft zone areas of Jammu and Kashmir.

As per date sheet exam of class 11th will start from Wednesday 6th of March 2024 and will end on thursday 28th of March 2024.

Board has already released syllabus and Model papers based on new syllabus for this session. Now board released Marks Distribution Scheme of Class 12th for the Academic Session 2023-24. It will help students to understand the the marks distribution, So the students will know minimum pass marks for all subjects.

Some additional information board released in notification of Marks Distribution Scheme of HSP-II (Class 12th) for the Academic Session 2023-24, As per standing regulations, the percentage of passing marks is 33% in General English and 36% in each of the remaining four (04) elective subjects opted by the candidate.

In a subject in which there is a practical examination, the percentage of marks required to be obtained by a candidate shall be 36% in theory and practicals, (Separately in the practical test and internal Assessment) and 36% in the aggregate of theory and practical”.
