Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance exam (JKBOPEE) is Inviting Online Application Forms for admission to the GNM & ANM Courses-2024 through BOPEE Common Entrance Test.
Online Applications are invited by the J&K BOPEE from the eligible/desirous candidates who want to appear in the Common Entrance Test for admission to GNM & ANM Courses for the Academic Session-2024 in the Government / Private Colleges / Institutions of the UT of J&K.
JKBOPEE Eligibility for GNM Course:
A candidate must:
a. (i) be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be (For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate);
(ii) be 17 years old and not more than 35 years of age as on 31-12-2024.
(iii) have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Science/Arts and English securing minimum aggregate 40% marks for Open Merit Candidates and 35% marks for Reserved Category candidates;
(iv) have passed 10+2 with English having 40% marks in Vocational ANM course from Schools recognized by INC/Vocational stream in Health Care Science from a recognized CBSE Board/Centre;
(v) be a Registered ANM with pass marks;
(vi) be medically fit;
b. The candidates appearing/appeared in 10+2 (12th Class) examination 2024 can also apply, provided such candidates have to qualify 12th class examination on or before the date of declaration of the result of the Common Entrance Test / or on or before the date of counseling as may be notified by the Board, otherwise their candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio. Their Entrance Test result shall remain withheld unless they produce the necessary certificate of qualifying the 10+2 (12th Class) examination;
JKBOPEE Eligibility for ANM course
A candidate must:
a. (i) be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be( For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate);
(ii) be 17 years old and not more than 35 years of age as on 31-12-2024;
(iii) have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Science/Arts and English securing minimum 40 % marks in aggregate;
(iv) be medically fit.
(v) have qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School can also apply.
b. The candidates appearing/appeared in 10+2 (12th Class) examination 2024 can also apply, provided such candidates have to qualify the 12th class examination on or before the time of declaration of the result of the Common Entrance Test / or on or before the date of counseling as may be notified by the Board, otherwise their candidature shall be cancelled.
Application Fee:
The Application fee for both General as well as reserved categories is Rs. 1000/ (Rupees One Thousand only) to be paid online through National Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
Important Dates:
The online applications will be accepted from 22nd of April. Online Application Link will open from 22 April 2024.
The last date of submission of online Application Forms is 06-05-2024 (Midnight).
JKBOPEE Common Entrence Test:
The Common Entrance Test, if any, conducted by the Board shall be Offline. The tentative exam date released by board on Academic calendar 2024 is 26th of May 2024.
