J&K Government preponed 2 holidays in Jammu and Kashmir
The J&K Government has released order regarding the Change of holidays on account of Martyrs Day of Guru Arjun Dev Ji and Birthday of Guru Hargobind Ji
Srinagar, Jun 09: The Jammu and Kashmir government has preponed two holidays on account of Martyr’s Day of Guru Arjun Dev and Guru Hargobing’s birthday in the union territory.
The holidays shell now be observed on June 10th (Monday) and 22nd June, 2024 (Saturday) instead of 16th June, 2024 and 5th July, 2024 Respectively.
The Restricted holiday on account of Martyr’s Day of Guru Arjun Dev Ji shall now be observed on 10th June 2024 (Monday) instead of 16th June, 2024 (Sunday), in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
And, the Public Holiday on account of Guru Hargobind Ji’s Birthday which was on 05th July, 2024 (Friday) shall now be observed on 22nd June, 2024 (Saturday) in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. (JKT — JK Tweet)
