Srinagar, 28 July (JKT): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has decided to suspend classwork for students upto primary level in Kashmir schools for two days. An order released by the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, states that classwork has been suspended for two days.
As per the official order released by the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, a copy of which is with JK Tweet, all government and private (government-recognized) schools in Kashmir will remain closed on 29th and 30th July 2024 due to the heatwave.
The classwork for students up to the Primary level in both Government and Recognized Private Schools shall remain suspended on 29th and 30th July 2024. However, all teaching and non- teaching staff shall continue to attend their duties as usual. (JKT — JK Tweet)
