DSEK Teachers Recruitment in Kashmir (District wise), Apply Online

The Directorate of School Education, Kashmir is inviting online Applications for “Cluster Resource Coordinators for Teaching Support” for the Academic Session 2024-25 in various Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools of Kashmir Division.

Applications through Online mode on prescribed format are hereby invited from the post-graduate candidates who are the domicile of Union territory Of Jammu & Kashmir, having secured minimum 50% Marks in Post-graduation in their respective disciplines, for their hiring on temporary basis as “Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support”, Academic Session 2024-25 (up-to 31st March, 2025) in various Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools of Kashmir Division.

  • Positions Available: Various vacancies for Cluster Resource Coordinators for teaching support in specified districts.
  • Contract Period: Academic session 2024-25, up to March 31, 2025.
  • Age Limit: Applicants must be born between January 1, 1984, and January 1, 2006
  • Age Limit in Years: 40
  • Salary: The Cluster Resource Coordinators will be hired on a monthly remuneration of Rs 25000/ (Rupees Twenty-Five thousand only), to be released only after obtaining satisfactory Character & Antecedents Certificate from Special DG CID J&K and strictly as per the performance & feedback from Head of Institution

Eligibilty Criteria:

Domicile: The Candidates who wanna apply for Cluster Resource Coordinators for teaching support must be domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed the Post-Graduation exam with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in their respective disciplines are eligible to apply.

Application Process:

  • Online Application: Applications must be submitted online through the link available on the official website of the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (www.dsek.nic.in) from June 19, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
  • Documents Required:
    • Domicile Certificate.
    • Date of Birth Certificate.
    • Qualification Certificates (Matriculation, Graduation, Post-Graduation, etc.).
    • Passport-size photograph
    • M. Phil Certificate, if applicable.
    • Ph. D Certificate, if applicable.
    • NET/SET Certificate, if applicable.
    • Conversion Certificate (from CGPA to Percentage from the concerned University) for the candidates, having been awarded grades in CGPA in any degree/ examination for which credits are to be given in calculation of merit.
    • List of Research papers up-to 05 (five) as I/II or corresponding author as per format “A” attached herewith.

Selection Procedure:

The selection of candidates will be based on the following criteria:

  • Graduation Marks: 85 points (on pro-rata basis).
  • M.Ed./M.A. (Education) Marks: 05 points.
  • M.Phil. Marks: 06 points.
  • Ph.D. Marks: 09 points.
  • Publications (National & International): Up to 4 points

Important Instructions:

  1. Verification: Candidates must ensure the authenticity of their documents. Any discrepancy or falsification can lead to cancellation of candidature.
  2. No Other Modes of Application: Applications must be submitted through online mode; no offline applications will be accepted.
  3. Selection Merit: Candidates will be selected based on merit within their respective districts.
