NTA CUET (UG) exam 2024, New Subjects added

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on thursday released an public notice regarding the addition of Test papers in Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] for the session 2024.

As mentioned on Public Notice, following two subjects/Test Paper are being added to the CUET (UG) – 2024 in pursuance to the direction of UGC and CBSE to promote skill subjects in true spirit in line of NEP recommendations

The candidates who have already submitted there application forms can also add these subjects, if they want in there application forms during the correction period. However, the candidate for selecting more subjects will pay an additional fee (if applicable).

The online applications for CUET (UG) exam 2024 were started from 27th of February 2024 on official website of NTA https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/ and the last date to submission of online application is 26 March 2024 (up to 11:50 P.M.).

In addition, The correction window will open from 28 March to 29 March 2024 (Up to 11:50 P.M.) and the announcement of the City of Examination will start from 30 April 2024 onwards.

Candidates can download there admit cards from the second week of May 2024 and the exam will be conducted between 15th of May 2024 to 31st of May 2024 and the result will be declared on 30th of June.

The CUET (UG) – 2024 will be conducted in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

How to Apply?

To apply for CUET (UG) 2024, follow these steps.

1. In your browser search the official website of NTA (https://cuetug.ntaonline.in/)
2. Scroll down and Click on “New Candidate Register Here”.
3. The new window will open. Read all instructions carefully and scroll down and click the check mark and click on “Click Here to Proceed”
4. Select one of the document for Verification and Verify Yourself.
5. Then fill your details.
6. Select Subjects
7. Select the college.
8. At the end pay fee.
